My classes are based on current, evidence-based childbirth education, and I also integrate faith-filled encouragement, prayer (if desired), and a biblical perspective on birth. You’ll leave with practical tools, solid information, and a deeper sense of peace, knowing the Lord is present in your story.
What does postpartum doula care involve?
Postpartum doula care is all about helping your home feel calmer and your heart feel supported as you adjust to life with a newborn. My support can include:
