FAQs
Will a doula replace my husband or partner?
Never! My role is to be a "coach for the coach." Through all of my virtual live classes and birth support, I empower your partner with the exact tools they need to support you.
While I focus on management of comfort measures and ensuring you both stay grounded, I also provide essential breaks for your partner so they can stay refreshed and present. My goal is to empower both of you, making sure your partner feels like the hero of your birth story, not a bystander.

Can I still have a doula if I want an epidural or a hospital birth?
Absolutely. I support all births, whether they take place in a Dallas/Fort Worth hospital or through my virtual live support from anywhere. Whether you are planning a natural, unmedicated birth or an epidural, I am there to ensure you feel informed, respected, and physically comfortable.
From hands-on comfort measures in person to real-time guidance and advocacy via my virtual services, my mission is to provide a steady, peaceful presence throughout your entire labor process, no matter where or how you choose to deliver.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.
I’m a first-time mom and feeling very anxious. How can you help?
Helping anxious first-time mothers navigate the unknown is the heartbeat of my work. We replace fear with facts and anxiety with the peace of God, ensuring you feel prepared for every stage of the journey. Here is how we work together through my specific programs and packages:
·The Architect’s Design (8-Week Series)
This is my signature childbirth education series where we dive deep into the "blueprints" of birth. We spend 8 weeks together deconstructing the physiological process of labor through a Christ-centered lens. By understanding how the body was divinely designed to birth, we turn the "scary unknowns" into logical, manageable steps. It is the ultimate foundation for anyone wanting to move from anxiety to complete confidence.
The Virtual Bloom Package
Designed for those who want expert guidance regardless of location, this package brings high-level support to your screen. It includes three virtual prenatals and four virtual childbirth education classes to get you ready. When labor begins, I provide virtual labor support to help you and your partner navigate transitions and comfort measures in real-time. We round it out with two virtual postpartum visits—with an optional "Heart-Check" session—to process your birth story and ensure you’re thriving at home.
All-Inclusive Birth Support (DFW & Grand Prairie)
For families in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, this is my most comprehensive "hands-on" offering. This package combines everything:
Education: Access to my live virtual childbirth classes.
Availability: Constant messaging support and an "on-call" period starting at 38 weeks.
The Birth: I am physically by your side from the moment you need me until your baby is in your arms, providing hands-on comfort measures, advocacy, and a grounded spiritual presence.
Postpartum: Dedicated in-person care to help you transition into motherhood with confidence.
Which one fits your needs?
"I want the full education foundation." → The Architect's Design.
"I’m outside of DFW or prefer a digital approach." → Virtual Bloom Package.
"I want a sister-in-Christ by my side in the delivery room." → All-Inclusive Support.

What exactly does a “Christ-Centered doula do?
I combine professional, evidence-based labor support with a dedicated Christ-centered approach. Beyond comfort measures and birth positions, we integrate prayer and scripture to honor birth as a sacred, divinely designed event. Whether we are meeting virtually or in person across DFW, my mission is to help you quiet the noise of anxiety and invite God’s peace into your pregnancy and delivery. You aren't just 'getting through' labor; you are experiencing a miracle designed by the Architect Himself.

· When should I book my doula or classes?
· The sooner, the better! Most moms book during their second trimester to ensure they have ample time for preparation.
· Please note that my doula calendar is currently full for April and May births to ensure every family receives my full, undivided attention during their delivery. If you are due in the summer or fall, now is the time to reach out! Additionally, our signature 8-week series, "The Architect’s Design," begins on April 9th, and spots are filling quickly. Booking early secures your place in our community and guarantees your support team is locked in.

Christian-based support for your birth
In a world of "standard protocols," we believe your birth story deserves a personalized, prayerful, and professional touch. Here is why DFW families trust Little Flower to protect their peace.
The Servant-Leader Philosophy
At the heart of Little Flower Birth Services is a calling to serve. Inspired by a "wash the feet" approach, I am not just a witness to your birth; I am a humble steward of your experience. From anticipating your physical needs in labor to providing six weeks of dedicated postpartum care, my goal is to serve your family with the same compassion and humility modeled by Christ.
Evidence-Based, Locally Rooted Expertise
Passion is grounded in truth. As a Certified Doula and Childbirth Educator, I provide the latest physiological research and evidence-based tools. Having deep roots in the Grand Prairie and DFW medical landscape, I understand the specific protocols of our local hospitals. I bridge the gap between medical staff and your personal birth vision, ensuring you have a "voice" that is both respected and heard.
Continuity of Care: From First Breath to Six Weeks Beyond
Most doula services end shortly after delivery. At Little Flower, we believe the "Fourth Trimester" is just as sacred as the birth itself. Our Path A clients receive continuous support for six weeks postpartum, including both day and overnight shifts. Whether you need an anchor during a 12-hour labor or a professional to guard your rest during those first newborn nights, we are in your corner for the long haul.
The "Hero Training" for Partners
We believe your partner is your greatest earthly support. We don't just "let them help"—we empower them to lead. Through our signature Birth Hero Workshop, we turn partners into confident birth guardians, equipped with the physical comfort measures and advocacy skills needed to be the rock you need during every surge.
