Serving Grand Prairie and the DFW metroplex, this package combines the best of modern birth education with the deeply personal touch of a faith-forward doula. From the mid-weeks of pregnancy through the transition of postpartum, I am by your side.
What’s Included in Your Circle of Care
Three In-Person Prenatal Visits: I’ll meet you to discuss your birth preferences, practice labor positions, and build a relationship of trust.
Live Virtual Childbirth Education Series: Access to our signature 4-part live class series. I cover everything from the physiology of birth and comfort measures to advocacy and newborn care.
Unlimited "Pocket Doula" Support: Continuous text and email support from the moment of hire for every question, prayer request, or milestone along the way.
🌸 The Birth Experience
On-Call Availability: I am 100% on-call for your family starting at 38 weeks until your baby arrives.
Continuous Labor Support: From the moment you need me until your baby is in your arms, I provide a calming, prayerful presence, hands-on comfort measures, and navigation for medical transitions.
Initial Breastfeeding Support: I stay for 1–2 hours after birth to assist with the "Golden Hour," ensuring you and your baby are settled and feeding is off to a confident start.
🌸 Nurturing the Postpartum
In-Home Postpartum Visit: Within the first two weeks, I return to your home to process your birth story, check on your recovery, and provide additional newborn care guidance.
Faith-Forward Encouragement: Ongoing emotional and spiritual support as you transition into your new rhythm as a mother.

12 Hours Per Week (Three 4-Hour Day Shifts) This package is designed for the mother who needs a "reset" button during the busiest part of the day.
Focus: Physical recovery, meal prep, light household tidying, and hands-on newborn education.
Best For: Families where the partner has returned to work, or for mothers who want a companion to help them navigate breastfeeding and newborn care during waking hours.
The Goal: To leave your home feeling lighter, your fridge stocked, and your confidence higher by the time I walk out the door.

3 Night Shifts Per Week (e.g., 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM). This package is for families that prioritize restorative sleep as the foundation of mental health.
Focus: Maximizing parental sleep, overnight infant soothing, and expert feeding support.
Best For: Parents struggling with sleep deprivation or those managing a difficult physical recovery who need a professional to handle the "night watch."
The Goal: To ensure you wake up feeling refreshed, knowing your baby was nurtured and safe all through the night.

Two Comprehensive Prenatal Deep-Dives (Zoom): We’ll map out your birth preferences, practice comfort measures your partner can lead, and discuss how to navigate the hospital system with confidence.
The bloom Live virtual class series: Prepare for your journey with a comprehensive, evidence-based curriculum designed to build your confidence from the comfort of your home. This live, interactive series moves beyond basic facts to provide you with a holistic toolkit for labor and beyond:
The "Pocket Doula" Text Support: Unlimited text and email support from the moment of hire. Think of me as your expert friend on speed dial for every "Is this normal?" moment.
24/7 On-Call Availability: Starting at 38 weeks, I am ready and waiting for your call, day or night.
Continuous Virtual Labor Support: When labor starts, I’m with you via FaceTime, Zoom, or phone. I will:
Guide your partner through physical comfort techniques.
Suggest position changes to keep labor progressing.
Help you process medical information to make informed decisions.
Two Postpartum Sessions: A virtual check-in within the first week to discuss the birth story, check on feeding, and ensure you are feeling supported in your recovery
Add on any Virtual Postpartum Session: $20/hr. I can offer virtual support
