The Little Flower Support Path
From Fearful to Fearfully and Wonderfully Made
The Root (Education & Awareness)
The Entry Point: The Architect’s Design (8-Week Series)
This is where we pull the weeds of anxiety. We don’t just teach you how to breathe; we teach you how the Architect intentionally designed your body to bring life into the world. By replacing "what-ifs" with evidence-based knowledge and Scriptural truth, you can move toward your due date with a quieted heart.
Best for: The first-time mom who wants to understand the "why" behind the "how."
The Goal: Total confidence in your body’s design.
The Bud | Tailored Preparation
The Mid-Point: The Virtual Bloom Package
Knowledge is power, but a personalized plan is peace. The Virtual Bloom is your 1-on-1 sanctuary—a space to discuss your specific fears and medical history from the comfort of your own home. Together, we’ll create a "Birth Preference" guide that feels like a peace treaty for your birth room, not a rigid contract.
Best for: The mom who wants a customized strategy and 1-on-1 mentorship.
The Goal: Bridging the gap between "knowing" and "doing."
The Bloom | Presence & Advocacy
The Premium Support: All-Inclusive Birth Support (DFW In-Person)
This is the full flowering of support. From the very first contraction to the "golden hour" after birth, you will have a professional, faith-led advocate by your side. I provide the physical comfort, emotional grounding, and trauma-informed advocacy you need to navigate the sacred transition of labor without ever feeling alone.
Best for: The DFW mom seeking a constant, prayerful presence in the birth room.
The Goal: Spiritual and physical advocacy through every stage of labor.
The Three Pillars of Little Flower Birth Services
-
Transforming Your Partner from Bystander to Protector. Many partners want to help but feel like a "spare tire." We shift that dynamic, training them to be your primary advocate.
The Gatekeeper: Managing medical flow and ensuring informed consent.
Physical Comfort: Mastering counter-pressure and hip squeezes.
Spiritual Lead: Anchoring the room in Christ’s peace with scripture and prayer.
-
Protecting Your Peace from "Unsolicited Noise." We help you build a hedge of protection around your new family so your only focus is healing and bonding.
The Baby Bubble: Drafting firm but kind visitor policies before baby arrives.
The Power of "No": Learning that "No" is a complete sentence in the birth room.
Hospital Boundaries: Requesting cluster care and digital "blackouts" for a restful Golden Hour.
-
Predictability is the Antidote to Fear. Because I have walked the path of birth trauma, I know that fear stems from a lack of control.
Identifying Triggers: Discussing procedures in advance to prevent the "freeze" response.
Validating Intuition: Creating a space where your instincts are honored, not dismissed.
Redemptive Experience: Paving the way for a postpartum where you are "Mom"—not a manager.

Never! My role is to be a "coach for the coach." Through all of my virtual live classes and birth support, I empower your partner with the exact tools they need to support you.
While I focus on management of comfort measures and ensuring you both stay grounded, I also provide essential breaks for your partner so they can stay refreshed and present. My goal is to empower both of you, making sure your partner feels like the hero of your birth story, not a bystander.

Absolutely. I support all births, whether they take place in a Dallas/Fort Worth hospital or through my virtual live support from anywhere. Whether you are planning a natural, unmedicated birth or an epidural, I am there to ensure you feel informed, respected, and physically comfortable.
From hands-on comfort measures in person to real-time guidance and advocacy via my virtual services, my mission is to provide a steady, peaceful presence throughout your entire labor process, no matter where or how you choose to deliver.

Helping anxious first-time mothers navigate the unknown is the heartbeat of my work. We replace fear with facts and anxiety with the peace of God, ensuring you feel prepared for every stage of the journey. Here is how we work together through my specific programs and packages:
·The Architect’s Design (8-Week Series)
This is my signature childbirth education series where we dive deep into the "blueprints" of birth. We spend 8 weeks together deconstructing the physiological process of labor through a Christ-centered lens. By understanding how the body was divinely designed to birth, we turn the "scary unknowns" into logical, manageable steps. It is the ultimate foundation for anyone wanting to move from anxiety to complete confidence.
The Virtual Bloom Package
Designed for those who want expert guidance regardless of location, this package brings high-level support to your screen. It includes three virtual prenatals and four virtual childbirth education classes to get you ready. When labor begins, I provide virtual labor support to help you and your partner navigate transitions and comfort measures in real-time. We round it out with two virtual postpartum visits—with an optional "Heart-Check" session—to process your birth story and ensure you’re thriving at home.
All-Inclusive Birth Support (DFW & Grand Prairie)
For families in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, this is my most comprehensive "hands-on" offering. This package combines everything:
Education: Access to my live virtual childbirth classes.
Availability: Constant messaging support and an "on-call" period starting at 38 weeks.
The Birth: I am physically by your side from the moment you need me until your baby is in your arms, providing hands-on comfort measures, advocacy, and a grounded spiritual presence.
Postpartum: Dedicated in-person care to help you transition into motherhood with confidence.
Which one fits your needs?
"I want the full education foundation." → The Architect's Design.
"I’m outside of DFW or prefer a digital approach." → Virtual Bloom Package.
"I want a sister-in-Christ by my side in the delivery room." → All-Inclusive Support.

I built Little Flower Birth Services around the gaps in my own experience. My mission is to provide you with the tools I wish I’d had: the permission to say "no," a partner who knows how to lead, and a space that feels truly safe.
By integrating these three pillars into The Architect’s Design, we ensure your birth and postpartum journey is centered on predictability, safety, and peace.
1. Transforming Your Partner into a Birth Hero
Many partners want to help but feel like a "spare tire" in the birth room. We shift that dynamic, moving them from bystander to your primary advocate and protector.
The "Gatekeeper" Role: We train your partner to manage the flow of medical staff, ensuring questions are asked and informed consent is given before any procedure happens.
Physical Comfort Measures: From the double hip squeeze to counter-pressure, your partner learns exactly how to provide physical relief.
The Spiritual Lead: We provide specific scripture cues and prayers so your partner can anchor the room in Christ’s peace, keeping your nervous system in a state of safety.
The Voice of Calm: When labor intensifies, your partner becomes the steady anchor that brings you back to your breath and your strength.
2. Protecting the Sanctuary: Boundaries and Advocacy
One of the biggest triggers for birth and postpartum anxiety is "unsolicited noise." We help you build a hedge of protection around your new family to ensure your focus remains on healing and bonding.
The "Baby Bubble" Plan: We draft a kind but firm "Visitor Policy" to share with friends and family before the baby arrives, eliminating the stress of managing expectations.
Scripting the "No": You’ll learn that "No" is a complete sentence. We provide actual scripts for handling intrusive questions or unwanted advice.
Digital & Hospital Boundaries: From silencing notifications during the Golden Hour to requesting "cluster care" from hospital staff, we ensure your environment remains a sanctuary for rest.
Prioritizing Autonomy: You are the primary decision-maker. We work together to ensure you never feel pressured, unheard, or "done unto."
3. The Trauma-Informed Framework: Predictability & Safety
Because I have walked the path of birth trauma, I know that fear often stems from a lack of control. My approach is designed to eliminate the "helpless" feeling for both you and your partner.
Identifying Triggers: We discuss potential medical procedures and personal triggers in detail before labor begins. This predictability prevents the "freeze" response and keeps you present in your body.
Validating Your Intuition: We create a space where your physical and spiritual instincts are honored, not dismissed.
Ensuring a Redemptive Experience: By combining a prepared partner with a protected environment, we pave the way for a postpartum period where your only job is to be "Mom"—not a manager of others.

Christian-based support for your birth
In a world of "standard protocols," we believe your birth story deserves a personalized, prayerful, and professional touch. Here is why DFW families trust Little Flower to protect their peace.
The Servant-Leader Philosophy
At the heart of Little Flower Birth Services is a calling to serve. Inspired by a "wash the feet" approach, I am not just a witness to your birth; I am a humble steward of your experience. From anticipating your physical needs in labor to providing six weeks of dedicated postpartum care, my goal is to serve your family with the same compassion and humility modeled by Christ.
Evidence-Based, Locally Rooted Expertise
Passion is grounded in truth. As a Certified Doula and Childbirth Educator, I provide the latest physiological research and evidence-based tools. Having deep roots in the Grand Prairie and DFW medical landscape, I understand the specific protocols of our local hospitals. I bridge the gap between medical staff and your personal birth vision, ensuring you have a "voice" that is both respected and heard.
Continuity of Care: From First Breath to Six Weeks Beyond
Most doula services end shortly after delivery. At Little Flower, we believe the "Fourth Trimester" is just as sacred as the birth itself. Our Path A clients receive continuous support for six weeks postpartum, including both day and overnight shifts. Whether you need an anchor during a 12-hour labor or a professional to guard your rest during those first newborn nights, we are in your corner for the long haul.
The "Hero Training" for Partners
We believe your partner is your greatest earthly support. We don't just "let them help"—we empower them to lead. Through our signature Birth Hero Workshop, we turn partners into confident birth guardians, equipped with the physical comfort measures and advocacy skills needed to be the rock you need during every surge.
