Spring 8-week Class (Thursday)

A supportive 8-week educational series designed to help expectant parents feel informed, confident, and prepared for birth and the early postpartum period. Each weekly class builds practical knowledge, emotional readiness, and connection in a calm, welcoming environment. All classes are held Thursdays 6-8pm central time

• Week 7 May 21st: Yay You’re Parents-taking care of your newborn

• Week 8 May 28th: Postpartum Planning & Emotional Wellness
