Find Your Peace: Supported, Empowered, and Prepared for Birth

Your Birth, Your Voice, Your Sanctuary

You don’t have to navigate pregnancy or the delivery room in fear. Whether you are walking through your first pregnancy or healing from a previous birth experience, Under His Wings Collective is here to ensure you feel strong, informed, and fully supported.

We provide premium, trauma-informed, and Christ-centered doula support designed to transform your anxiety into clinical autonomy.

What It Means to Be Supported by the Collective

We believe that when you are educated and empowered, you can reclaim your role as the lead decision-maker for your baby’s birth. Our support goes beyond the physical; we anchor your experience in peace and advocate for your dignity.

  • Partner-Led Advocacy: We don't just support you; we train your partner to be your primary protector. From mastering physical comfort techniques to holding the "line" on your birth vision, your partner will become the hero of your birth story.

  • A "Baby Bubble" of Protection: Learn the power of "No" in the delivery room. We help you draft firm boundaries, request cluster care, and protect your Golden Hour so your family can bond in peace.

  • Evidence-Based Autonomy: Fear thrives on the unknown. We map out your choices in advance, validate your intuition, and ensure you feel heard and respected by your medical team.

  • Virtual Anchoring: Through prayer, scripture, and constant emotional reassurance, we help lower your stress levels—no matter where you are giving birth.

FAQs

How do I know if I qualify for free or sliding-scale services?

1

What is the Purpose of the refundable deposit

2

For families utilizing our sliding-scale structure, we require a refundable deposit. This deposit is returned to you at the end of your contract, provided that all agreed-upon terms—such as class attendance and scheduling requirements—are met

What are the requirements for group classes?

3

Eligibility for our services is determined by Melanie Powell based on the information provided in your inquiry form and our current organizational capacity. Once reviewed, we will discuss your options, which will be formalized in a signed contract.

Participation in group classes is mandatory. If a participant misses more than two classes or fails to download the provided class video, they will be unenrolled from the course, and any fees paid will be retained by the Collective. Exceptions are only made for "good cause" as determined by the leader of Under His Wings Collective.

Who is responsible for scheduling my appointments?

4

It is the participant’s responsibility to schedule all classes, prenatal sessions, and postpartum visits via the member portal. For virtual doula services, failure to schedule these sessions by 38 weeks gestation will result in the termination of the contract. For our All-Inclusive plan, failure to keep up with scheduling will result in the dissolution of our contract and the cessation of services.
