🌙 Rest and recover
💛 Feel confident in your new role
🙏 Reconnect with your faith
🤍 Bond deeply with your baby
🌿 Create peaceful rhythms in your home

My care honors your choices, supports your parenting philosophy, and centers your wellbeing.

The Fourth Trimester Support Menu

6 Weeks of Dedicated Care Choose from Day or Night Shifts

Daytime Support (The "Rest & Restore" Shift)

Focus: Physical recovery, household flow, and newborn confidence.

  • Newborn Care Guidance: Hands-on help with soothing techniques, diapering, and learning your baby's unique cues.

  • Feeding Support: Assistance with breastfeeding positioning or bottle-feeding transitions.

  • Light Household Harmony: Loading the dishwasher, tidying the nursery, or folding a load of baby laundry so you don't have to.

  • Nutritious Meal Prep: Preparing simple, healing snacks or light lunches to keep your energy up while you recover.

  • Emotional Processing: A safe space to talk through your birth story and navigate the "Baby Blues" with a compassionate, faith-rooted perspective.

🌙 Nighttime Support (The "Sleep & Sanctuary" Shift)

Focus: Maximizing parental rest and establishing healthy sleep foundations.

  • Attentive Newborn Care: I handle the diaper changes, soothing, and rocking between feedings so you can stay in bed.

  • Nursing Support: I bring the baby to you for feedings and then whisk them away for burping and sleep—allowing you to fall back asleep immediately.

  • Bottle-Feeding Management: If you are bottle-feeding, I handle all nighttime feeds, allowing both parents to get a full night of restorative sleep.

  • Morning Transition: I’ll ensure bottles/pump parts are washed and ready for the day before my shift ends.
