Summer 8-week Class (Thursdays)

A supportive 8-week educational series designed to help expectant parents feel informed, confident, and prepared for birth and the early postpartum period. Each weekly class builds practical knowledge, emotional readiness, and connection in a calm, welcoming environment. Each class meets 6pm-8pm central time

• Week 6 August 13: Introduction to Breastfeeding & Feeding Support

• Week 7 August 20th: Yay You’re Parents-taking care of your newborn

• Week 8 August 27th: Postpartum Planning & Emotional Wellness
